Impacto de las acciones de equidad de género en la actividad cafetalera de Tercer Frente y Granma

Abstract
The present investigation was executed from February of 2018 to September of 2019 with the objective of evaluating the impact of the actions of gender justness in the coffee activity through the feminist incorporation qualifed to the works of the cultivation in Coffee Grafts Centers of Production, School Structures and other tasks in the municipalities of Tercer Frente, Santiago de Cuba and Guisa, Granma provinces. The results of actions were carried out and evaluated and their impact with a qualitative survey based on the achievement of the new acquired theoretical-practical knowledge, the existence of capacities for the technical attendance, the assimilation and the continuous improvement of the productive process; as well as the access level to new labor capacities. The thematic of trainings according to demand, allowed to secure the gender reciprocity in the technical attendance and consultantship to the cultivation, with 18 actions about the integration and apprehension of new knowledge of 86 people, 58 of them women. Also it potentiated the training to the qualifed force as impeller entity of the improvement of the productive process. The access level to the new created capacities is increased, so much in Grafts Centers of Production (83 feminist), School Structures (40 women) and other activities (74 women), what propitiated a better perception of the work in the cultivation assisting to the benefits that are obtained of her.
