Different supports evaluation for inoculums of cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus var. Florida

Abstract
El cultivo de los hongos comestibles se ha manifestado en las últimas décadas como una opción en la obtención de alimentos para el consumo humano y de aprovechamiento de subproductos agroindustriales que en ocasiones contaminan el medioambiente, sobre todo en los países subdesarrollados, por su valor proteico y la posibilidad de obtener grandes cantidades mediante técnicas sencillas, a bajo costo y en cortos períodos de tiempo (Bermúdez et al., 1994; Bermúdez et al., 2001 y Nieto y Chegwin, 2010).
Para lograrlo es necesario producir el inóculo que será el material en el que se propagará la cepa del hongo, el que se utiliza para colonización de los subproductos agroindustriales con vistas a obtener los hongos o cuerpos fructíferos. Previo a esto, es necesario propagar las esporas del hongo o fragmentos de tejidos de este sobre medio de agar papa dextrosa, extracto de levadura o extracto de malta (Miles y Chang, 1998 y Fan et al., 2006).
