Comportamiento de la calidad e imperfecciones del café Arábico en diferentes Centros de Beneficio, del municipio de Guisa, provincia de Granma, en 2015

Abstract
The work was developed in the Enterprise Agro-Forestal Batalla de Guisa, in the period understood between September and December of 2015, with the objective of evaluating the behavior of the imperfections in the Arabic coffee bought for pulping and it stops dry and the benefit centers with more incidences. Samples of coffee in thirteen centers of humid benefits were used, to determine them main imperfections per type of coffee and the percentages of these per each sample and benefit center. The most remarkable imperfections in the coffee samples bought for pulping turned out to be the provoked ones by: brocades and overripe grains, in the case of the purchases for stops dry were: brocades, burnt, green and overripe.
