Producción agroecológica de setas comestibles con iluminación natural
Main Article Content
Abstract
The mushrooms are conorgans macro fungi producing of spores that can live in the soil, sweet waters and marinate. The gender Pleurotus spp., it contains all the essential amino acids, carbohydrates; minerals; vitamins; raw fiber, ergosterol and their consumption to regulate increases the immunologic answer of the human body. In the Estación Experimental AgroForestal Tercer Frente under greenhouse conditions the effect of the natural illumination was evaluated about the growth of Pleurotus ostreatus mushrooms, during 3 assemblies of 350 bags of 1 kg of substratum each one. Some bags were exposed to artificial light (Treatment witness) and others received natural light (Treatment 1). The climatic variables temperature and relative humidity were controlled. The results showed for both conditions a growth and good development of the mushrooms in the first harvest. Starting from second harvest, the quality of the mushrooms diminishes for dehydration of these. The mushrooms production in the Treatment 1 showed better results that those cultivated with the witness. The mushrooms with artificial illumination showed a growth for carpophore and a colonization of the most stable mycelium in time, in favor of the production in agroecological conditions different to the conventional ones.
