The biggest infestation indexes were observed in the areas of Arroyón and San Lorenzo with 40 % and 35 %, respectively, continued by La Tabla and The Mandarin. The coffee cherry bought by the center of benefit to beginning of the harvest was between 45.7 % and 66.9 % of second quality and among 11.8 % and 34.3 % outside of norm. A positive and significant correlation was determined between the infestation index and the bought coffee of second quality and outside of norm what represented an economic loss for the producing of 9.0 % and 55.5 % for this concept.
