Abstract
At present, the contents and methodologies used to train comprehensive mountain technicians as extension workers, often focus exclusively on technical knowledge and implemented according to atransference logic. Therefore, this work analyzes the the formative necessities of the integral technicians of mountain training needs of the integral mountain technicians of the San Luis Agroforestry Enterprise, starting from its own formative interests. Taking the training interests identified by the integral technicians, as well as others that emerged during the analysis, they were listed and classified into 4 thematic areas. The degree of interest of the training interests and the pedagogical modalities preferred by the technicians according to different variables were investigated quantitatively. It is concluded that both the contents prioritized by the respondents and the preferred pedagogical modalities for receiving training are distributed differentially according to sex, employment status, age and experience in extension. Finally, the preference of theoretical-practical methodologies and those that incorporate spaces for reflection and group dialogue are highlighted. These results allowed access to the training proposal to be implemented in Theoretical-Practical Course on Comprehensive Management of Rural Extension.
