Comportamiento morfológico de selección de clones MKV bajo manejo intensivo de cultivo
Main Article Content
Abstract
The work was developed between the months November from 2017 to July of 2019, in the Basic Unit of Cooperative Production La Silla linked to the Agro-Forest Enterprise Tercer Frente, located in the Tercer Frente municipality, of the Santiago de Cuba province. The objective was to evaluate the morphological behavior of Robust cultivars under intensive management of cultivation, on a Brown Eslític soil without carbonates at 150 msnm. The plantation was carried out by adaptation means of the Vietnamese’s technology according to the edaphoclimatic conditions. Holed was carried out of 60 cm x 60 cm with a plantation mark of 3 m x 3 m, the one filled of the holes was carried out by means of a soil mixture with 10 kg of organic manure and 0,5 kg of Super Triple Phosphate. A selection was planted of cultivating MKC and 3 of the cultivar selections MKV-11, MKV-9, MKV-4. Banana (Muse balbisiana) was used as temporary shade and as permanent shade pinenut (Gliricidia sepium (Jacq.) Kunth ex Walp.) and avocado (Persea americana Mill.). In the term of the 18 months the MKC and MKV cultivars showed a dynamics of uniform growth, where values were reached of 2,76-2,94 cm of diameter of the shaft, 159,85-161,28 cm of top diameter, 14,92-16,89 cm number of buds, 82,1-90,53 cm of long of branches. The quick morphological development of the cultivars is due to the benefits of the technologies application related with the area preparation, the holed dimensions, the fertilization and watering conditions.
