Respuesta morfológica de siete clones aviverados de Coffea canephora P. en el municipio de Guisa
Main Article Content
Abstract
The investigation was developed in the Estación Experimental Agro-Forestal Guisa, located in the Roadway route Victorino km 1½, The Soledad, Guisa municipality, Granma province, en the period understood among January-May of 2018, with the objectiveof showing the morphological answer of 7 clones of coffee (Coffea canephora P.), spread vegetatively under nursery conditions. The experiment were established under a totally randomized design with 7 treatments in parcels of 0.32 m2, where each treatment was compound for 40 plants, those which were selected 15, for the morphologic evaluation these were kept in mind the following indicators: height of the plant (cm), stalk diameter (mm), number of leaves, volume of the root, dry mass of the root (g), dry mass of the stalk (g), dry mass of the leaves (g), mass dry total of the plant (g). The experimental results undergo an analysis of variance of simple classification, being applied the test of comparison of multiple ranges of stocking, according to Duncan with p ≤ 5 % of error probability, through the package Statistica, version 8 on Windows. The clones 45 and 105 were, in general, those of better behavior in the morphological variable studied under nursery conditions in the Guisa municipality.
