Sustainable development of the coffee production by means of the application of science and technique in the coffee CPA Esteban Caballero

Abstract
The work was carried out in the Coffee Cooperative of Agricultural Production Entity (CPA) Esteban Caballero of Rihito Matías in Tercer Frente municipality, Santiago de Cuba province, to value a model of technological administration for the coffee entities that increase the agricultural production and improve the quality of life of the producers by means of the sustainable agriculture. In this project the CPA Esteban Caballero, the Center of humid benefit of coffee of the area and the primary school Juan Pedro Carbó Serviá were participated. The study began in 2006 year and it concluded in 2010 year. With technical support from diagnosis and participative investigation adjusted to the place conditions, exercises, cause and effect among other necessary ones were worked. It was qualified to the producers, the vocational formation was promoted and in each one of the actions the care of the environment was conceived. With the potential development of the places and the new technological focuses, using transfer participative methods, generalization and training was achieved the sustainable development of the entities. As a result of the project the community was characterized by means of a participative diagnosis, the use of the by-products was rescued, it was implemented a program of transformation of the coffee production and a program of foods production.
