The Café Cacao journal with p-ISSN: 1680-7685, is edited by the Agro-Forest Research Institute (INAF) of the Ministry of Agriculture of Cuba. Weekly, it appears in June and December in printed version. It is the organ of scientific dissemination of coffee and cocoa activity in Cuba, distributed to more than 100 institutions in the world. Publishes original articles and short communications, reviews and bibliographic reviews; of the topics: Genetics and Breeding, Phytotechnics, Soils and Agrochemistry, Phytopathology, Physiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Industrial and Preindustrial Technology, Agricultural Extension and Participatory Research, among others. The content of the articles that make up each issue is the responsibility of the authors and their acceptance will be a criterion of the Editorial Committee, based on technical arbitrations and agreements with editorial standards. The content is distributed under the terms of the CC Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0). This journal provides immediate free access to its content, under the principle that making research freely available to the public supports greater global knowledge exchange. This journal does not charge any fees linked to the peer review process, processing or publication of accepted articles.
