Abstract
The work was developed during the year 2015, in the Technological Scientific Unit of Base Estación Experimental Agro-Forestal of III Frente and it consisted on modernizing the design conceived in the year 2008 that had as antecedent the realization of the Perspective Planes, for the elaboration and bring up to date of the Program of Coffee Development, was incorporates to the same one the automated option of the calculations, when considering the current process of informatization of the Cuban society, to which is not other people’s the Ministry of the Agriculture, and due to the necessity of to create and to apply tools for the employment of the calculation, in the processes of planning and control in the productive chain of the coffee. It was programmed of the calculation attended by computer by means of calculation leaves using the Excel, of the Microsoft Office package. With the use of these tools it is achieved a considerable saving of resources and human capital, increase of the efficiency and reliability of the calculations. It is possible also to store the information for the consolidation at level in ways of organization of the production, Centers of Administration, companies, county and nation.
