Influencia de medios de cultivo en la formación de callos in vitro de híbridos F1 de Coffea arabica L.1
Main Article Content
Abstract
Investigation was developed with the objective of evaluating the influence of different cultivation means in the calli formation in the micro propagation of hybrids F1 of Coffea arabica L. In the laboratory of vegetable biotechnology of the Estación Experimental Agro-Forestal Jibacoa, Villa Clara province, Cuba, in the year 2016 was carried out. Means of cultivations were studied used by Barbón (1997), Girón (1998), two used by Beautiful and Menéndez (2000) and the one proposed by González and col. (2005) in the somatic embryogenesis in coffee in the calli formation phase. The comparison of means was carried out with the test Kruskall Wallis with previous confirmation of the suppositions of normality and variance heterogeneity, the statistical program InfoStat version 1.0 the 2012 was used. The calli that were obtained in the means of cultivation used by Barbón (1997) those that presented the fresh weight and the most favorable coloration in the micro propagation of the hybrid one 80 of Coffea arabica L. In the means of cultivation used by Barbón (1997) and González and col. (2005) were obtained the calli with 100 % of friable consistency.
