Abstract

The experimental work was developed in nursery of the Estación Experimental Agro-Forestal Baracoa, located in the Baracoa municipality, Guantánamo province, with the objective to determine which are more efficient of the clones used with patterns in the cocoa micro grafting study. In the experimental stages during the period 7 treatments were used represented by (UF-613, Pound-7, SCA-6, IMC-67, EET-399, UF-29 and Matina) clones as patterns, in a random blocks design and 3 replicates, 60 plants were used in cotyledonal phase of the patron described in the treatments to those that were grafted the selected clone UF-650 in three repetitions. 6 micro grafting were evaluated at random after the one it uncovers for each treatment to measure adhesion percentage (to the moment of uncovers), of achievements (to the three months of uncovers) and release of the bud (of 30, 60 and 90 days of uncovers). It was that each one of the clones used as pattern presented a behavior morphological differed for the long one, adhesion and achievements. For the case of the alone diameter there was statistical difference for the 90 days, didn’t seize to the 30 and 60 days. As for the adhesion and achievements stand out the clones UF-613, SCA-6 and IMC-67 with the biggest values averages.
