Effect of the Vitazyme in the production and the quality of the coffeee in established plantations

Abstract
To validate the application of the Vitazyme like biological stimulant in the production, yield and quality of the coffee, an experiment was developed from August of 2005 until November of 2008, in areas of the Estación Central de Investigaciones de Café y Cacao, municipality of TercerFrente, Santiago de Cuba province. Implants of coffee were used, planted at 2 m x 1 m under low shade of Samanea saman in a Brown soil without carbonates. It was calculated the yield, the grain and the content of nutritious in samples of brown parchment. It was determined that the application of 0.5 L/ha-1 of Vitazyme in April-June and 0.5 L/ha-1 in September-December to the soil and the plant similar agricultural yield was reached that when using the mineral fertilization, but the industrial yield was increased and the size of the grains increased being obtained a net profit of $1776.14 x ha-1. They were not variations in the quality of the drink.
