Asistencia técnica y capacitación de la cadena agro-industrial de la EEAF Tercer Frente

Abstract
The work was developed in the Agricultural Enterprise Tercer Frente, located in the equal municipality it names, belonging to the Santiago de Cuba province, during September of 2013 to January of 2016 period. It understood two objectives, of those which alone the results of the first one are presented: Objective 1. Results of the technical assistance and the training of the actors of the agriculture-industrial chain and Objective 2. Results of the vocational formation of the new generations. The execution included three work stages: 1 - rising and identification of the necessities and demands of training of those producing of coffee and other actors of the productive chain, 2 - Rising and identification of the necessities and demands of training of those producing of coffee and other actors of the productive chain and 3 - Implementation and execution of the Proposal of training actions to the producers and other actors of the productive chain. It was possible to attend and to qualify with a level of knowledge scientific-technicians modernized 7299 actors of the agriculture-industrial chain and members of the coffee communities in the period of September from 2013 to January of 2016.
