Influencia de la inoculación de Rhizobium en la producción de biomasa de Canavalia ensiformis (L.) en un suelo Pardo sin carbonatos de Baracoa1
Main Article Content
Abstract
The investigation was carried out from December 2017 to March 2018, in the Estación Experimental Agro-Forestal of Baracoa, Guantánamo province at 28 m.s.n.m on a Brown soil without Carbonate; with the objective of evaluating the influence of the Rhizobium inoculation in the biomass production of Canavalia ensiformis (L.) D. C. For the inoculation 11 stumps belonging to the National Institute of Agricultural Sciences (INCA) were used: Cb1, Cb2, Cb3, Cb7, Cb8, Cb5a, Cb6a, Cb17, Cb19, 2001 and 2003a. The bacterial concentration oscillated between 2 x 108 and 8,8 x 109 UFC mL-1. As witness the Canavalia was sowed in soil without inoculating. A design totally randomized was used with 10 plants per treatment to evaluate 5 of them. The dry mass of the plants was evaluated per organs. The weight of the nodules was calculated by treatments and its efficiency was determined. The values precipitation means and temperature were registered while the investigation was developed. The statistical prosecution of the data was carried out through a variance analysis. In Baracoa in a Brown soil without carbonates, the stumps 2003a, Cb17, 2001, Cb8 and Cb6a contributed bigger total biomass. The fruit (31,83 %) the organ of the plant that adult contributed was. The stump that more it depressed the production of total dry mass without significant difference with the witness it was the Cb2 with 4,65 t/ha-1. The biggest weight average in the nodules in the roots, was presented in the inoculation with the Stump Cb1 with 14,8 g. The biggest percentage of efficiency was presented in the stump Cb7 with 100 %.
