Determinación de los indicadores tecnológico-explotativos del conjunto Kubota–Hoyador
Main Article Content
Abstract
The work was carried out during September month of 2017 in UBPC La Silla areas belonging to the Agriculture-forest Enterprise Tercer Frente, Santiago de Cuba province. The objective of the work was to determine the technological- exploitable indicators of the combined Kubota-Hole. This activity responds to the collaboration project “Sustainable coffee development in Cuba and in Vietnam for 2016-2020 period”, leading by The Estación Experimental Agro-Forestal Tercer Frente. The indicators were determined that allowed to measure the productivity and to carry out an economic valuation of the conjunct technology advantages with regard to the Cuban technology, for that which was carried out the mechanized hole in 5 ha, using like plantation mark 3 m x 3 m. The evaluations were carried out in heavy soils with presence of rocks and roots. The conjunct yield was 0,32 ha per journeys of 8 hours. The productivity indicators of the conjunct that had a better behavior were the productivity for hour of operative time, productivity for hour of time of turn without failure, with values of 0,9; 0,8 ha • h-1, respectively. The exploitation coefficients that had a better behavior were coefficient of work pass, coefficient of technological service, coefficient of technical maintenance, coefficient of technological security with values of 0,9; 1; 0,9 and 0,9 respectively. The mechanized hole represented a saving of 7594,75 CUP with regard to the required investment for the manual hole. The productivity indicators and of exploitation coefficients productivity for hour of clean time, productivity for hour of productive time, productivity for hour of exploitation time, coefficient technical security, coefficient of use of the productive time, coefficient of use of the exploitation time had a low behavior due to the affectations for the shortcomings technician.
