Abstract

The work was carried out in the understood of February to November of the year 2015 period in the Tercer Frente municipality, with the objective of achieving exportable volumes of coffee of high quality by means of the impulse of the System of Agrarian Extension (SEA) of the territorial Group, involving to a team of the Unit of Science and Technique of Base Tercer Frente and the Integral Technicians of Mountainous of the Agroforestry  Company Tercer Frente. The work project also understood, to impel the establishment and development of a Team in a company, in which the training work, the amplification of basic knowledge and modernized technicians that cooperate to an improvement of the level and cultural technical wealth is stimulated and it is fomented the origin of the beneficiaries in its earth, always taking as attentive eye the exportable quality of the produced coffee. One works of group in the readjustment of the plan of annual training, the rising of the technicians and areas assisted by them and the main training demands. Based on these defined problems they were carried out different actions for the advice and training of the team and 1118 producers that it allowed the reactivation of the one it is, involving also to the specialized technicians  of the UCTB in the implementation of new technologies. The combined work allowed through its actions the selection and crop of 10 t coffee, 50 % of which was qualified as commercially in the exterior.
