Bioplasm influence on the coffee hipocotiledonar grafts developed in nursery

Abstract
With the objective of evaluating the influence of the Bioplasm on the morphological development of grafting seedling of coffee variety Yellow Catuai, the investigation was carried out in the Agroforest research Institute of the Science Unit and Technique of Base Jibacoa, of the Manicaragua municipality, Villa Clara province, Cuba. The effect of three concentrations of Bioplasm was studied (0,2 %; 0,6 % and 1 %) in comparison with a witness without application and a chemical control to the one that you him sprayed urea at 1 %. To ten seedling of each treatment, the number of leaf pair, the height, the stem diameter, the dry weight of root, stem, the leaves and the foliar area were measured. The data were processed by means of an analysis of variance of double classification. For the comparison of the stockings the test of Duncan was used. With the spraying to foliar of Bioplasm in concentrations of 0.6 % and 1 % the dry weight total of the grafted seedling of coffee were increased respectively in 17 % and 11.5 % with regard to the witness. When spraying Bioplasm to 1 % values were obtained from the indicators evaluated superiors to those reached to the spraying urea. The fertilizer chemical nitrogenous (urea) it can be substituted by the Bioplasm to 1 % in the production of seedling grafted of coffee.
