Increase of the foods production in the coffee community starting of creation and technification of collective orchards

Abstract
The work was developed in the period understood between October of the 2006 and December of the 2009, in the coffee community Rihito de Matías, located to 360 meters on the level of the sea, in the Tercer Frente municipality, Santiago de Cuba province, with the objective of increasing the productions in situ of foods starting from the implementation and development of the community agriculture in collective orchards and marginal areas. Technical participative was applied for the sensitization of the workers and the elaboration and implementation of the development program. For the study areas of the Cooperative of Agricultural Production were selected (CPA) Esteban Caballero and marginal areas of the Center of Benefit of Coffee. During the period 3 orchards like reference were declared. 87 t of foods took place, with those that was possible to improve the quality of life of the producer and its family, when having to its reach products of quality that you/they allowed him to improve the feeding and the inclusion in its diet of the viands consumption, vegetables, grains and cereals. This also contributed to the reduction of the negative impact of the degrading factors of the means.
