Agronomic evaluation and of quality of introduced genotypes and prospected of high productive potential Evaluación agronómica y de calidad de genotipos introducidos y prospectados de alto potencial productivo Menéndez-Grenot, Miguel Rodríguez-Terrero, Miriam Clapé-Borges, Pablo cocoa genotypes prospecting grafting cultivars cacao genotipos prospección injerto cultivares The experiment was executed in the Estación Experimental Agroforestal of Baracoa, Guantánamo province, with the objective of measuring the productive components which decide the productive potential in introduced genotypes and prospected. The plantation of cocoa was composed by introduced genotypes of cocoa and prospected spread by grafting. A design of blocks was used at random. The evaluations to the fruit were: quantity for plants (FP), weigh for plants (PF), quantity of seeds for fruits (NS), weight of humid cocoa (PCH), diameter of the fruit (AF), thickness of the shell (GF), longitude of the fruit (LF) and color (CF). The analysis of variance double classification carried out to the quantitative genetic aspects showed that there were significant differences among the treatments, except for fruits for plant. In the characters PF, PCH, LF and NS, the biggest stockings were observed in the introduced cultivars CCN-51 and prospected EICB-146, EICB-201, EICB-295, and EICB-321. they stood out with the biggest values means in the yield GF and NS the cultivars CCN-51, EICB-146, EICB-295 and EICB-321. The indicative LF, GF and NS reached bigger stockings in the cultivars CCN-51, EICB-146 and EICB-201. It can be used cultivating introduced CCN-51 and the prospected EICB-146, EICB-201, EICB-295 and EICB-321, for the plantation of new areas of cocoa or renovation to have yields between 0,45 t/ha and 2,2 t/ha. El experimento se ejecutó en la Estación Experimental Agro-Forestal de Baracoa, provincia de Guantánamo, con el objetivo de medir los componentes productivos que deciden el potencial productivo en genotipos introducidos y prospectados. La plantación de cacao estuvo compuesta por genotipos de cacao introducidos y prospectados propagados por injerto. Se utilizó un diseño de bloques al azar. Las evaluaciones al fruto fueron cantidad por plantas (FP), peso por plantas (PF), cantidad de semillas por frutos (NS), peso de cacao húmedo (PCH), diámetro del fruto (AF), espesor de la cáscara (GF), longitud del fruto (LF) y color (CF). El análisis de varianza clasificación doble realizado a los aspectos genéticos cuantitativos mostró que hubo diferencias significativas entre los tratamientos, excepto para frutos por planta. En los caracteres PF, PCH, LF y NS se observaron las mayores medias en los cultivares introducidos CCN-51 y prospectados EICB-146, EICB-201, EICB-295 y EICB-321. Se destacaron con los mayores valores medios en el rendimiento GF y NS los cultivares CCN-51, EICB-146, EICB-295 y EICB-321. Los indicadores LF, GF y NS alcanzaron mayores medias en los cultivares CCN-51, EICB-146 y EICB-201. Puede utilizarse el cultivar introducido CCN-51 y los prospectados EICB-146, EICB-201, EICB-295 y EICB-321 para la plantación de áreas nuevas de cacao o renovación por tener rendimientos entre 0,45 y 2,2 t/ha.
